Shipping

     Shipping to you is FREE within the US (Including Hawaii and Alaska). We ship all small orders within 2 business days. We will notify you if this is not possible for any item(s) you have ordered.    Since this is only possible for items we have in stock, please allow additional time for multiples of the same product (ie. 6 or more of the same color/size). Transit time depends on where you are located in the country in relation to us.

Returns Policy

     AllStyleGreek.com is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days (of your receipt of the product) if they are in the original condition and suitable for resale. Actual Shipping costs, under the Free Shipping offer, will be deducted from the refund.  Sorry, we do not accept returns of products that have been altered, laundered, worn, or damaged. Other non-returnables are Customized items such as year, or items that state "all sales final".

     To return a product, you must Contact Us prior to returning the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In this email, please provide which item(s) you wish to return/exchange as well as your order number. Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper. Once we issue an RMA, we must receive the product within 10 days or no refunds will be given. Shipping costs to return items are your responsibility.  

     We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (9 to 14 business days).

     For account holders, if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

     When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 45 days, after which the product will be destroyed.

Defective Merchandise

     Defective merchandise claims must be made via email to service@allstylegreek.com within 72 hours of receipt.  AllStyleGreek.com cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this timeframe.  In this email, please provide a description of the issue as well as your order number.  In some cases, we may require a picture be emailed for return authorization procedures. 

     We will then provide you with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to return the merchandise if it is eligible. Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper. 

     Damage caused by improper opening of a package and damage from laundering will not be fixed or replaced. These circumstances are not considered defective merchandise as it is not a manufacturer defect.
